TuneBrowser Shutdown Problem

As I attached,

Everytime I exit from TuneBrowser, it shows the message attached,

and program stopped, so I should end it compulsively using window task manager.

 

What do you think the cause of the problem…

And in addition, in my case, it seems that TuneBrowser database system does not recognize all files in the designate music folder.

As seen in attached picture, under the “Il Volo”, there are so many artist remaining, but TuneBrowser does not do anything more…

Does TuneBrowser freeze every time while saving tab contents with the same below message?

"Saving tab contents ..."

(You were talking about “Waiting for threads to end…” dialog box in email.)

And, could you post to another topic about the database registration issue ?

The procedure of Freezing is as follows:

1. “Waiting for threads to end” message

2. TuneBrowser Task, As Attached,,,

3. Then Freezing…

4. I end it using Window Task Manager.

 

This is the typical Freezing Procedure.

Does the “Waiting for threads to end” dialog box disappear automatically after a while (within a few seconds)?

And when TuneBrowser seems freezing, please wait almost one minute. TuneBrowser may detect this freezing and show message box at the right bottom corner of your desktop. When it shows, you can upload dump file to my server through this message box.

But,,, It seems finally,,, Solved…

I changed Music directory one step up,

 

for example

I:\straveller\Music -> I:\Music

 

The TuneBrowser work well until now.

I will check if this works permanantly, and let you know.

P.S : In My guess. the first directory structure may cause no problem.

At this moment, make “Music” directory right under the “Root” directory works well.

Hi, thank you for reporting.

TuneBrowser can access directory under root and the directories under it like I:\straveller\Music.

So I can’t determine the reason of your situation, but anyway, it is good to know that TuneBrowser is working fine.
