I still cannot find any email containing the key.

Your #14057 reply was arrived at my email though.

Please check the system and my email address.

I have purchased the key several years ago,but I can’t remember the key.

Thinking New PC need new key, I simply repurchased the license.

Help me to get out of this trouble.

I cannot understand why your reply,shown in my email,is always telling to bact to the website

instead of showing the key id directly.
