Unfortunately, Tidal is not started in Japan, so I do not know detail about it.
You may know TuneBrowser is not supporting to manage streaming services directly. But player engine of TuneBrowser is published as a OpenHome player. If your Tidal controler app is supporing OpenHome player, there is a possibility to see a TuneBrowser OpenHome player in controler.
If that is shown, you can try it.
But … if something goes wrong, it seems difficult for me to support…
