Under default settings, the issue depicted in the screenshot did not occur. As a possibility, if the yellow-hatched section in the settings below is set to Loose (apologies for the lack of explanation regarding Loose), the entire string is displayed horizontally, causing the phenomenon seen in the screenshot.

If this is set to “Loose”, please try changing it to “Flex” or something other.
